The Spirit of Burren was inspired by following an “earth grid” set over the Burren, a mystical landscape in the west of Ireland.

Anthony Peart is a friend of the author who, as a highly experienced geomancer, donated this ley line pattern in late 2008 for Jackie to use when offering tours of the Burren to guests. She discovered that it revealed some interesting secrets and then, in the light of her own experience connecting with the Earth over many years, she started to pay attention to an unfolding message that she felt would interest and benefit many readers.
